Originally tasked with creating a one-off Halloween graphic, we expanded the brief into a full character franchise. We designed, 3D modeled, rigged, and animated a wise-cracking skeleton engineered for repeat appearances and narrative longevity. The result was a scalable content platform aligned with the rise of VTuber-style personalities, delivering impact well beyond the initial ask.
