MTV Social design

I art directed MTV’s social media during a key period of growth, shaping daily content for an audience of millions. The work involved close collaboration with events teams, show productions, red carpet and PR, writers, animators, and in-house video editors to deliver real-time coverage across major cultural moments. I was hands-on animating and developing motion systems designed specifically for social platforms. Alongside internal teams, I collaborated with illustrators, photographers, and independent creatives to expand MTV’s visual language. During this time, MTV became the first brand to reach one million followers on Instagram, and the channel continued to grow by millions more, helping solidify social as a core creative and cultural platform for the brand.
